What LA County Mobile Homes Need Most
The homes here tend to be older and packed tightly into established communities, which shapes both the repairs and how the work gets done.
Older Housing Stock
Homes from the 1960s and 70s are common. Original supports, plumbing, and wiring are usually where we start.
Learn moreTight Park Access
Narrow lanes and close setbacks mean the work has to be planned around access. That is a normal part of the job for us.
Valley Heat
Inland and valley communities get hot. Roofing, insulation, and HVAC upgrades address it directly.

Small leaks and soft spots left for years usually need subfloor work along with the original repair.

Why Los Angeles County Homeowners Call Cal Star
Cal Star has served LA County mobile home communities since 2014. We come in from Corona, and because our crews only work on manufactured homes, we are not learning how these homes are built while standing in your living room.
Estimates are free and written out. We explain what we found, what the work involves, and what it costs, including senior, veteran, and first responder discounts where they apply.

FAQ
Los Angeles County Questions, Answered
Which LA County areas do you serve?
We work across the county's mobile home communities, including the Compton and La Verne areas and the surrounding cities. Call (855) 370-3900 if you want to confirm your location.
My floor feels soft in one spot. What causes that?
Usually a slow leak or moisture under the home that has damaged the subfloor. We find the source first, then repair the framing and flooring so it does not come back.
Do projects need permits?
Some work requires a permit and some does not. We will tell you what your project needs during the estimate. Cal Star does not provide engineering re-certification services.
Can you work around a park's rules and hours?
Yes. Working inside park requirements, including access limits and work-hour windows, is routine for us.
