What It Is Like to Work at Cal Star
We specialize in one thing: older mobile homes. Our crews go under homes, onto roofs, and into kitchens and bathrooms that were built to different standards than site-built houses. It is hands-on work that requires judgment, and the people who do it well are the reason homeowners call us back.
Whether you are an experienced tradesperson or early in your career and willing to learn, there is a path here. We train, we supply the tools and the support, and we expect people to treat homeowners — many of them seniors — with patience and respect.
